S.A.F.E. is a ministry founded by Troy Smith in Portlane Oregon. Pastor Holmes has been certified by Troy Smith to teach the principles and disciplines that have made the S.A.F.E. Ministry Program so successful.

Statement of Purpose
Because it is evident that most of our problems are the result of our being conditioned to use the false and unhealthy principles of this world; and realizing that if any real change is to take place in our lives, it must happen at the subconscious level; and knowing well that real and permanent change will only be realized as we saturate our subconscious minds with the positive principles and promises of God's Word, God has led us to develop the S.A.F.E. Ministry (Troy Smith).

Brother Smith runs an eighty percent success rate, for those who truly work the program. It takes dedication on the part of the person looking to be set free. There are no short cuts to this program.
